Move-In Certified Pre-Listing Inspections

Are you selling your home? Allow InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector Bill St Croix to inspect it before you put it on the market. A Move-In Certified Pre-Listing or Seller Inspection informs you of home’s defects so that these can be addressed before they are discovered by potential buyers. Home Energy Inspections

11 Month Warranty Inspections

All new homes come with a warranty, so be sure to take advantage of it! Allow Healthy Home Inspections CFL, LLC to perform a comprehensive inspection right before your one-year warranty expires to document and photograph any defects covered by your warranty. We will use certified mail to deliver your report before your warranty expires.

New Construction Inspections

Many people believe that there won’t be any issues to deal with if they’re building a new home or commercial property. This is far from the truth! In fact, new properties contain more untested systems than pre-owned buildings. Hire us to list and explain any defects we detect on our New Construction Inspection report so that they can be taken care of before you close.
